Phew!

Well after the fiasco of the sheen I was using to prime and seal my pieces formula change..... and trying a few different products out.. I've found a couple that I am happy with.

So my masks are being made again! First off my work table was "The Crimson Daemon".


Will be starting another today... probably another one of the swirly spirally tendrilly ones because they are small and are so fun to make.

Sooooo upset!

Fiebings went and changed their leather sheen formula to "meet federal standards"... on it now contains acetone.... O_O.. hello... eats paint.

So anyways.... waiting for them to send me some samples of some products that are similar.

Also... if they had to change it for some regulations... does that mean I missed out on some good huffing???

... I kid... I kid....

Seriously!

Blocked my first deviant ever who found it necessary to post a psuedo-comment on one of my masks then backhandedly insulting the materials of my work and questioning my heritage...? Seriously?

Egads. People must just get off on accusing people of this that and the other.... or maybe it makes them feel high and mighty. Who knows.

Gonna go make another one of my evil contraband masks now!

And I'm thinking thats a good thing, considering I've had such a long drawn out dry spell.

I got my nice big belly of leather, and the thing truly is just massive.

Now if only I could get some sales.... to recoup what I've spent so far! Which really isn't alot in comparison to what I spent on my sculptures... goodness!
